The Thompson Okanagan in British Columbia's interior includes the Shuswap, Central Okanagan, Thompson Nicola, Okanagan Similkameen, Boundary Country and South Okanagan. Some of the major centres in the Thompson Okanagan are Kamloops, Merritt, Salmon Arm, Vernon, Kelowna, Westbank, Penticton, Oliver and Osoyoos.
