Both of these parcels, along with four other previously sold parcels in the immediate area, must abide by a 'Schedule of Building Restrictions and Conditions' that are registered on the titles. These conditions are as follows -
- Any residence constructed shall not have less than 1400 sq. ft. on the main floor (excluding garage) for a conventional basement home or 1600 sq. ft. (excluding garage) for a non-basement home.
- No residence shall be constructed which does not include a double enclosed attached garage for two standard passenger size motor vehicles, with two doors or a double door fully enclosing the garage.
- No residence or other structure shall be left in an incomplete state on the exterior for more than one year from the date of commencement of construction and shall not be occupied until the exterior has been completed.
- No manufactured or modular homes are allowed.

- Any fence constructed on the Lands shall be made of wood or wire.
